I am extremely disappointed. Last time I came here I ordered the Tuscan fresca pasta I asked for no tomatoes and add grilled chicken. They did not add the chicken and they took out all the vegetables, leaving me with pasta and cheese. Today is the last time I will try this place and if they mess up once more I will not return and file a formal complaint with the company Absolutely horrible

The floor is always messy when I come here and the food's quality is subpar. Last time I was in here was the worst customer service that I've seen though: The entire staff was walking around sucking on popsicles (including while taking orders and preparing food) and then heard the manager say to a customer: "sorry, it's popsicle day." Soooooooo unprofessional and unsanitary!!!! Won't be coming to this location ever again.

One of the best pasta place in my area. Would love to be here everytime I wanted to eat some noodles or pasta. Steak Stroganoff was one of my favorite here, the mushroom sherry cream sauce and fresh herbs makes it even more perfect. Not to mention their fine service. All was perfect.

I really wanted to like this Noodles but after messing up my order SO many times, I give up and won't go back. They messed up my order a few times and it wasn't too bad or I'd gotten it to go so I didn't notice until I got home so I just lived with it... then they did it yet again so I said something to the manager who was super friendly, apologetic, and gave me a card for a free entrée bowl for my next visit. It took months to even bother going back but I was in the shopping center yesterday so I thought what the heck, I'll try it again. Oh the irony, that my meal was free due to previous messed up orders. I placed my order (on the upside - the guy that took it was friendly, efficient, and got it right - I saw it on my receipt). The weather was crummy and I was in a hurry to get home after work so I didn't check the order until I got home. WHAT. WAS. I. THINKING? It was wrong AGAIN and with a terrible sauce I couldn't even eat. I threw away my free meal and now I'm done. 7 strikes and you're out Noodles. It's really a shame that this location has gone down hill - the one manager I'd spoken with a few months ago was really nice and seemed to be making an effort, but something is definitely off in their hiring, training, performance management, and accountability. You can't even blame it on just being a bunch of high schoolers - that's primarily who you find at Chick-fil-a just yards away, but they're known for good service and consistent food quality. Noodles is fast casual, a step above fast food, and it's just not good. P.S. The other thing that made it end up with a one star is the chicken... years ago, it was good - nice add as a protein on salads and such and yummy in their chicken noodle soup. Unfortunately, the last few times we got anything with chicken, it wasn't even edible - it had clearly been cooked or heated in a microwave... the chicken had that distinguishable rubbery, chewy consistency. Yuck.

I am so dissapointed with my visit to this location last night. I can get over the fact that they made not just one but three mistakes getting my order correct, but the fact that the teenage staff is so ill equipped to handle these kinds of situations which they're paid to do is very upsetting to me. They lacked any sort of social grace, which is necessary when working in the service industry and being successful. Firstly, the girl at the register had the personality of a wet mop and stood there folding silverware for several minutes before even looking up an acknowledging me. I can be patient, I let that slide... I ordered a Mediterranean salad, with grilled chicken and I'm glad I checked the bag before I left because not only was there no chicken, there was no cheese or onions on the salad. I felt like I was bothering them by asking them to get my order right. The young man was trying to explain that typically the chicken is put on the side when I asked him to just put it on the salad directly. There were no apologies just awkward eye rolls. I could tell the manager was stressed out, and I knew she was the manager as she had helped the initial girl take my order. I saw her working behind the grill frantically. I probably should have let her know then and there, however I didn't want to ruin her night- so upon my exit after this unsettling experience I decided I'm going to write this review, as well as contact corporate.

This location is horrible. They have screwed up our orders multiple times. The noodles barely have any sauce on them and, if the chicken is seasoned at all, sure doesn't taste like it. Bland is the best way to describe it. I just got two free bowls due to past problems and heard the manager tell the cook - this is a comp meal, make sure you get it right. Nice thought - but how about you get it right every time? Despite the apparent extra attention to my meal, this bowl of pesto sucked too. Basically no pesto on it, so I've got some cheesy noodles and tasteless chicken. And the chicken had a nice little bone in it too, so into the trash my half eaten bowl goes. Glad I didn't pay for it. Won't be back. Years ago, meals at Noodles were good. I guess they grew too much or too fast and can no longer control the quality the way they used too. Too bad because noodles used to be a great option for our family. We will not be back.

This place is pathetic. I have dined in at this location probably a dozen times. I thinks it gets dirtier with each and every visit. Today, the cashier in training was accompanied by what seemed to be a manager? If so, I think both of them needed to be fired on the spot. I later went up to the front to ask for more utensils. Big mistake. It was like the guy(newbie) was on some archeological dig or scavenger hunt. I have been a very good customer of Noodles for years, but they continue to fail me and fail me hard. I refuse to go to the Lone Tree location any longer. My wife had to call corporate last year to tell them about our wonderful experience;) I'm done with this dirty chain. Oh yeah, fix your sink in the men's room too, the faucet spits out water- in drips. Tri-County Health Department will be on their way soon to help you with that.

The food may be good but the staff is what makes me want to give this place a 0 star rating! An adult manager is either non existent or doesn't care...the juvenile staff was jacking around the entire time instead of uhm I don't know...maybe working, saying hello to guests....I know, I know my expectations are too high for a Noodles and Co...maybe you're right but this place just plain sucked today and I wanted to share.

I really love this Noodles & Company. The place is well designed, with lots of tables indoor, and a few outdoor too. Its smaller, but doesn't feel like it. The staff is friendly, and there is an awesome soda machine there- that has a thousand different kinds in it. The food is really quite good. The butter noodles, tomato and chicken noodle soup, and the macaroni and cheese is great! My only criticism is that the sizes are a bit wonky. The small is very small and the large it too large! But overall a good place to eat. Go there if you get the chance!

My husband stopped by on a Friday night to get a pasta dish, salad and chicken noodle soup. The staff forgot the soup and we didn't notice until we arrived home and opened the bag - very disappointing. The next week I happened to be driving by this Noodles and I stopped in to get an order of potstickers. I met, Jose, the new general manager and explained what had happened regarding the soup. I am giving this location four stars as Jose took the time to listen to me as I had mentioned to him that we have been visiting the Noodles locations for the past 10 years, or so and it seems like every few months the staff either screws up the order or forgets an item. Jose was very empathetic and seemed to really care what his customers thought. He gave me the potstickers as well as a coupon for a couple of complimentary bowls. The rating is not because of the free food, but more so because Jose stated that he was aware of issues with this location in the past and wanted to make things right the best that he could. He seemed to be interested in training the staff and making sure future orders are accurate. I was convinced after speaking with him for a few minutes, that we will continue to give this Noodles location our business. The food always tastes great! Thanks, Jose, for your efforts and for doing the right thing.

This is probably one of the worst noodles that I've ever eaten at. The noodles are rubbery the chicken is overcooked. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Love the food, but it's late September and the manager is on a power trip in training. I mentioned it's almost 8pm and the A/C is still running. Customers are freezing their asses off. He could care less to customers. Maybe when another manager is here it's better.

We used to be regular customers of Noodles and Company and love supporting local companies....However, Noodles has gone downhill, and I find myself writing this very negative review. Portions have diminished, the chicken is no longer palatable (much less even a 1/4 the size of an actual chicken breast,) and the manager at the Highlands Ranch location (Angela) needs to return to management classes.

I'm not sure what is going on w/ this location but the food is disgusting. The last 2 visits we've found the restaurant filthy. We had to send a dish back because it was cold and they sent out something even worse. I suppose the person that owns this franchise obviously does not care about the success of this location. The one in Lone Tree is much better.

Great little place with friendly staff. I had the spicy something or other and it was awesome. My girls had the Mac and cheese and buttered noodles (who orders that?). The Mac was great, the buttered noodles needed something to give them a bit of flavor, but that is what they are supposed to taste like. I will be back.

So-so. I'm not a fan of uncooked bean sprouts in pad thai, and picked them all out.

After living in Boulder for several years (Noodles & originated there) I expected far better. I went in around dinnertime and waited in line for a 10 full minutes (I checked) because there was only one cashier working. I wouldn't generally have a problem with this but there were about 10 people in the kitchen, and only 3 of them looked like they were doing anything. When I finally placed my order of Japanese Pan Noodles and a big rice crispy treat I noticed that the rice crispy's were a third of the size than from any other Noodles & Co. It was more of an average sized rice crispy. When I got home and opened up my dinner, the noodles had a grand total of two SMALL broccoli florets. At that point I don't know why they even bothered to put the broccoli in. Do yourself a favor and go to any other Noodles & Co. because the quality at this location is abysmal.

This place appears to be run completely by high school students. The food I've had here kind of tastes like what you'd expect to come out of a home ec class. The good thing about this place is that you get what you pay for, and it's edible. I had higher expectations of their mac and cheese. I had visions of cheesy, baked, southern-style macaroni and cheese with a nice brown crust on top. What I got was some boiled macaroni in a medium bowl, swimming in creamy, milky juice, with some shredded cheese sprinkled on top. I'll concede that perhaps I ordered the wrong thing, maybe their other offerings are much better. I'd be willing to give it another try. One big plus about this place is that they have beer, with a fairly decent selection. I noticed that a lot of the crowd at this branch were moms and dads getting take outs of multiple bowls of noodles at a time to take home to the family. So: for large families on a budget looking to feed a bunch of screaming kids, this is a good choice. For regular people on less of a strict budget, you may be disappointed.

Ok, they did not have this place where I came from. Another new fave spot (when I am carb loading). Friendly staff and my BF thanks you again for the free cookie!

I adore Noodles and Company! I'm from Colorado and went to School in Boulder so I used to come here all the time. I now live in L.A., but when I come to visit the family I ALWAYS go to Noodles. I either get the marinara over penne or the mac 'n cheese. The Mac 'n cheese is amazing! I crave it so much and wish they had a Noodles closer to me.

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
